Alberto was very professional, attentive, and also very funny. He has a lot of experience with Advance fit, and my performance will definitely improve a lot. Guido, the manager, is always careful with his customers, and Gustavo, who sold me the bike, was great. All the employees at Citi Bike are excellent. I recommend this store.

I had a great experience at this store last week. I was attended to by Gustavo, an exceptional professional who first made sure he understood my needs when buying a new bike, showed me all the bikes that fit my profile, and allowed me to calmly choose a bike with peace of mind. I couldn't get a bike fit that same day, because it was already late, but I left the store with a bike fit scheduled for today. I had a ride the next day, where I rode 74 miles and that was excellent! Today I went to get a bike fit with Alberto and once again I received excellent service. The bike I purchased barely needed any adjustments, because Gustavo, with his experience, delivered the bike to me in perfect condition to ride. I'm very happy with my new bike 🥰

I recently had a fantastic experience purchasing a bike at City Bikes, and I couldn't be more pleased with my decision. From the moment I walked into the store, I was greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff who were eager to assist me. From Miguel Bracho my sales advisor and Alberto cuadrado who help me with my fit the team was excellent They took the time to understand my needs, asking questions about my cycling habits and what I was looking for in a bike. Highly recommend this store

I recently experienced City Bikes services and received excellent service. The service team took great care of my bike. It was serviced, professionally cleaned, and delivered to me. Unfortunately the shipper delayed the delivery of my bike. I spoke with Guido at the Midtown location and he immediately inquired with the shipper as to the delay. I very much appreciate the prompt response and now I have my bike. City Bike's team provided wonderful service and I am so appreciative of how great they were to work with. Thank you City Bikes!

Purchased my first Triathlon bike at City Bike Aventura on black Friday, was assisted by Yunior & Miguel, and they were both attentive to my needs. They both listened to what I needed and didn’t try to upsell me. I was on a budget, and they worked with me on the best price compared to other places. Excellent service overall, great fitting experience and would recommend 100% to anyone buying any type of bike at City Bike Aventura. Ask for Yunior or Miguel and they will help you all the way!
