I walked my bike into Cole's Bike Repair for an estimate and they gave me a reasonable expectation. I later dropped off my bike and got the estimate. I later received a call from the owner and he explained that the damage to my bike was so severe that he didn't think it was wroth fixing. He suggested I purchase a different bike so I visited the shop to look around and they had a few nice little bikes, but I couldn't do that to myself because the bike I dropped off actually was a gift from my mother whom passed away some years ago from Pancreatic Cancer. I told the gentlemen that I wanted them to repair my bike and they did exactly that. I took my bike out of their shop after it was paid and the bike rode perfectly, it did everything I needed it to do...I wasn't ready to move on from the bike my mother gave me as I see it as something to remember her by...The gentlemen at Cole's Bike Repair are professional, honest and thorough in their work. I highly recommend this shop for all your bicycle needs!

The people at Cole's have treated me so well when I have taken my kids' bikes in for replacement of tune-ups. My son rode his bike and said, "Wow! It's so smooth." He has so much control with this bike and like it. I never realized the quality difference of a good bike. He's so happy riding his bike. Thanks mam and Cole's members!

I cannot say enough good things about Cole’s. Cinda was extremely knowledgeable and went way above and beyond to help me purchase the perfect accessories for my needs. Definitely the friendliest bike shop I have ever been to. She has earned my business for life.

They are some of the most genuine people I have met here in a long time. They are confidential and very detailed I brought my sons bike in. He is very ruff on it sadly, and they checked it out, knew exactly what was wrong with it, and had it bad in a very short time. The price was very reasonable, and they even cleaned it up! Doing bussiness with them is worth your time and there value is uncanning.

I can never thank them enough for helping me get my son a bike. They care about what they carry. Yes a good bike is expensive but's a investment too. I rather my child be safe. My son won't stop riding his new bike. lol even as cold as it is. Ready for spring so he can ride longer. They gave me wonderful customer service! I will back in a few years when my son needs a bigger bike.
