I brought my bike to Conrad’s Bike Shop for a tune-up, and they did an excellent job! I had an issue where the chain was getting stuck because it was too close to the frame, but their team quickly diagnosed and effectively fixed the problem. Now my bike rides as smooth as ever. One of the pedals on my Citizen Miami bike broke while I was riding a few blocks from this place. I went in, asked for pedals, they showed me a bunch, I bought the cheapest ones. They installed them quickly. They were nice. I really like the location of this shop. If you have not checked it out, you should. It is a nice area with a park across the street and cool views of the UN. I have returned to the store twice since I broke my pedal. Once to buy a bell and once to have my brakes tuned (yes I could've done it myself, but I didn't have time and I had let them go for too long without attention). Normal prices for the city. Pro work. Most interesting location. Very helpful. Highly recommend.

Recently moved to the city, I had trouble finding a shop that really knows how to deal with campy parts in NYC. Well, I saw these stickers on their window and knew I was at the right shop. John and Yee are awesome, honest and reliable and now bike shifts like how its supposed to shift.
