The team at conte's in Pentagon city are professionals. I signed up for a race and needed to convert my fixie back to my freewheel. The day before the race I went to Conte's 10am sharp with the fix, they took my number and by the time I got back to my apartment 30 minutes later I got a text the bike was ready. Well priced and great gear. Day of the race I needed a helmet. 10am Conte's had a Cannondale helmet ready and I rolled over to my garage race. A week later when my handle bars were bent and unaligned from being hit by a car, I went to Conte's to get purple rain fixed. The associate heard my story pulled out his Allen wrench and quickly had me on my way in 5 minutes. If you need bike work and are in Pentagon city, don't go anywhere else. Speedy and great prices, Conte's will always have you rolling and race ready. Ride safe, wear a helmet

I am a sixty one year old female and I called Conte’s to make an appointment for a custom bike build. I am so lucky Bob answered the phone. He scheduled the appointment, followed up with reminders and ordered a few needed parts that I was missing to complete my bike. Bob was able to finish the job in one day. He was careful with the carbon frame and ensured both carbon wheelsets shifted perfectly. He had no issues installing my mixed DI2 groupset. I was especially pleased with the way he cut my fork so I could dial in my fit. Bob was professional, patient and knowledgable. Conte’s Bike Shop is conveniently located in Arlington and was clean and well stocked. I love my new bike and I can’t thank Bob enough. I would highly recommend this bike shop to other women, especially if you are thinking about building a custom bike.

The whole staff at this Conte’s location poured HOURS into helping me find the perfect bike! I had a ton of special requirements because of spinal issues, so they listened carefully, made 5-6 recommendations, brought in testing models, and in the end, found me a GREAT deal. Couldn’t be happier!

Amrit and the team at Conte's National Landing have taken seriously good care of me over the last year. It was good timing for me to start road biking right as Conte's National Landing was opened near my home. I purchased my first road bike from Conte's in Navy Yard just before the National Landing shop opened. Let's be clear, I won't purchase or have my bikes serviced anywhere else. Conte's is more than just a bike shop, sponsoring rides across the area and creating a real sense of community that drew me into the hobby and has kept me coming back for more. Ting, Eric, and the other mechanics are top notch. The shop itself is state-of-the-art, bright and welcoming. Amrit specifically and Conte's in general are committed, not just in word, but in action, to superb customer service. In particular, the bike protection plan has paid for itself easily within a year. What truly sets Conte's apart is their commitment to fostering a sense of community among cyclists. Regularly stopping by on my bike commute home from work has become a highlight of my day. I cannot recommend Conte's more highly.

This Conte’s staff is the best! They fixed up my vintage Huffy Scout bike in about a weekend. Swapping out new handle bar tape, fenders, wheels, and even added a kick stand. When it needed a tune up they did it in no time.
