I ride my bike often, and recently I noticed a new noise that I couldn’t identify. I brought it into Conte’s, where Bob, the mechanic, immediately began inspecting it. He removed the bottom bracket to track down the issue, and within 24 hours, my bike was ready and riding smoothly again. Huge thanks to Rick and Bob for their outstanding service!

I did two bike fits with Judas Dal Cais at the Falls Church store. It was the first time I had ever done a bike fit, I was impressed with the professionalism and attention to detail, and the overall recommendations were spot on. I no longer have back pain, I enjoy bike riding for long distances. I have recommended Judas to all my road-biking friends for bike fitting assessment.

Bike Fit with Jordan Thompson: I bought a BMC Road Machine about 6 weeks ago and after about a month realized I needed a pro fit due to the fact that the reach was significantly and consistently bothering me. When I came in this morning, Jordan agreed, but the fix was not simple. It took a fair amount of creative thinking to find a solution that would both retain the bike aesthetics and give me the relief I was seeking. In every other aspect of the fitting he was equally thorough and thoughtful, from addressing seat height and issues with placement of bike cleats to relieve knee pain to trying a saddle that would be more comfortable. I can't recommend him highly enough!

Serviced my trek FX after not riding it for a bit. They did the year service and really spruced it up and only took one day. Their shop interface was cool too making it easy to approve additional materials for the repairs. Friendly staff we had obvious passion for all types of bikers. Great to to have them in the neighborhood. One tip - call ahead for service. They book a week or two out.

Bob was super helpful, first for installing my tubeless tire on the spot but then a couple weeks later taking care of it again after an unfortunate crash. Very happy with the quality and service, will be back for future work.
