My husband and I had an interest in getting E-Bikes and stopped in the Covered Bridge Electric Bike store in Cornwall Conn, just out of the blue. The place is amazing! Bob & Meg are very, very knowledgeable of every detail of all these bikes. Bob will take his time with you and advise you of the bike that best fits you and the type of riding you want to do. We purchased (2) Velotric Discovery 2 e-bikes and we Love them. Bob described every detail about the bike including the rack mounting. We haven't even had to look at a manual. They are always available to answer any questions. If you want to feel totally comfortable, even not knowing anything about e-bikes, Bob and Meg are the Best!

It was our first time ever in an e-bike. The gentleman was so patient when showing us how to use them and the women in the office was so kind and knew everything about bikes. The ride was perfect! Scenic views, great terrain. We are hooked and looking into purchasing. A great experience. Perfect family friendly fun.

Renting these bikes was one of the best decisions we made on our vacation! It was such a lovely scenic route and full of nature. We loved every bit of it. Thank you to everyone who was helpful at electricbike!

Beautiful fall ride along the Housatonic river!! Worth doing at least a half day ride. Loved the views of the river, the foliage and riding parallel to the train tracks. The owners are super friendly and helpful, they provide maps for self guided rides of your preference (typically along quiet country roads) We chose the ride into Falls Village and stopped at the cafe for lunch followed by viewing the falls before heading back. The cromwell bridge is gorgeous especially during the Fall season and also worth the photo op!

Excellent customer service. E-bikes were comfortable. Path we took was scenic, off the main roads, with photo opportunities along the way on the 2 hour package. We saw bridges, waterfalls, train, homes, countryside, road along the river at times. Be sure to go down the street to the left of the rental building, it is a dead end but nice and saw an outside chapel too! Next time will opt for 4 hour package to see more.
