I was in town and went to another Bike shop for a bike stand. I decide to try another business after my so / so experience. Grateful I did, CRANK WORKS Brooksville was absolutely AMAZING! I had such a great experience at Crank Works Bicycle shop here in Brooksville, Fl. While riding my two days, 215 miles, 16-hours Coast to Coast adventure, I experienced a front blowout on SR50. I made my way to this shop because it opens 30 minutes earlier than most bicycle shops. When I arrived, I was greeted by Bob and a wonderful staff of people. I was able to get my tire fixed, take a break, refresh my water, get another replacement tube, and appear in an upcoming Facebook video for the shop. Fantastic experience! High recommend! Thank you all!

I recently entrusted my Specialized Creo SL Expert to Crank Works for some desired upgrades, as they were recommended by good friends who highly regard the folks there. My upgrades included changing to a riser gravel handlebar which necessitated new internally-routed hydraulic brake lines, as well as new calipers, rotors and the re-routing of Di2 electric wiring into the new handlebars. This job required knowledgable people and the team of Mark, Bob and Cody at Crank Works were the right people to get this job done right, exceeding my expectations by going the extra mile to ensure a neat-and-clean finished project. I brought my Fuji road bike in for an adjustment and some gear. This store has everything you could want or need. Amy was extremely helpful with helping me pick stuff out and the mechanic was very quick and efficient to get me back on the road. I highly recommend this bike shop. They also have an amazing selection of bikes in stock!
