Went in to see a couple of Trek models I’m interested in buying. Ryan assisted me and was very knowledgeable of the brand, models, and function of them. Informative, no pressure, and very helpful staff here. Overall great experience and I will be back to buy our next two planned family bikes from them. I left there wanting to go back and find that I would trust them to sell me a bike as well as maintain my fleet of bikes. I highly recommend this shop and team!

Bought my Ripley here and had it serviced post season 1. Very knowledgeable and customer focused. Competitive pricing and will go out of their way to source bikes that aren’t in the store if you find it elsewhere. Would trust these guys with any of my bikes.

I have a Giant mountain bike that I purchased at Cycles etc in 2014 which I love. I service it there occasionally. This is a review of my most recent visit, a few weeks ago. Mostly I wanted to give a big up to Travis, the tech who did the work - super nice guy, super positive, excellent work! The owner Bob was nice too when I bought the bike from him, but lately he's been pretty unfriendly...eh - what are you gonna do?

I drive past multiple bike shops just to go here. I’ve been a customer to Ryan multiple times and each and every time I have a good experience. He’s very knowledgeable and great at laying out that information in layman’s terms. I highly recommend this shop for anything. I usually have a hard time trusting other shops for bigger and more complicated jobs but this shop Instills confidence that stuff is done right.
