Cycletherapy in Waterford truly excels in customer care. From the initial phone call to schedule a drop-off, they provided clear information on the expected time frame and estimated costs for the services I needed. When I dropped off my bike, their organization was impressive. They ensured they understood my expectations and the timeline for the bike's return. Throughout the repair process, they kept me informed with regular updates via text or phone call. Whenever a decision was needed regarding an upgrade, they clearly communicated the time and cost involved. Upon completion, I received a detailed phone call explaining all the work done, the final cost, and they made sure to address any questions I had, expressing their gratitude for my business. When I picked up my bike, I was warmly greeted by Ernie, Zandra, and their super cool dog, Vinnie. Ernie took the time to review everything that had been done and made some final adjustments before I left. Cycletherapy goes above and beyond to enhance the customer experience, whether you're shopping for a new bike or getting one serviced!!

Best shop in S.E. Michigan! I had my Tarmac SL7 converted to 1x and everyone here, from the owners to the mechanics, is extremely knowledgeable. If you express a desire to learn they are more than willing to share that knowledge.

Incredibly helpful with a bike repair we needed done in our clinic, went above and beyond to help us and truly made the process so easy at a very reasonable and affordable price. Customer service was something you don’t see often anymore! 10/10 recommend.

Would give 0 stars if possible. I brought my E bike up for a flat tire and all my power cording that was organized in its proper bracket was pulled out and tampered with and sloppily put back together. Shifter feels loose and shaky now as well. I can only imagine why you need to tamper with cords for a flat tire and then proceed to lie about it. Untrustworthy dishonest business model wouldn’t come back if it was the last bike shop in my area. Negative experience overall

The people here are all some of the most fantastic people and they always are willing to answer any questions and or provide helpful information to whatever adventure you’re pursuing. They’re honest, smart and dedicated to seeing those smiles on the trail or coming through the door I’ve been Into MTB for 4 years and all 4 of those I have come here as my local bike shop, Zandra and Ernie as well as others have given advice from personal experience that has attributed to even more enjoyment and some success from the sport and I can’t thank them enough for that! There are wonderful people here, highly recommend, they make it happen.
