Purchased a Giant Cypres over a year ago from D&D. I was looking for an 18 speed but the staff recommended a 7 speed hybrid. The 7 speed met my needs. Not dealing with two shifters made riding much simpler and I was still able to tackle hills and keep up on flat roads. Front suspension and shock seat post made riding very comfortable. Their first year free service policy made maintaining the bike easy. I highly recommend D&D for sales and service.

I was in need of having my bike tire replaced. I called D&D , David answered the phone and was so kind. He told me to come on in and he would be able to fix the tire. He offered to meet me in the lot to bring my bike in. He was friendly and shared information about having a tune up and some additional items that needed attention. David did a great job , so happy I called and David was there!

I received excellent customer service, Bringing my bike in for a new tire. The employees were professional, Knowledgeable and kind. Price for repairs were extremely reasonable.
