Brought my old Giant Roam in because it was making a creaking sound. I asked them to fix that and let me know if it needed anything else. It’s a great bike, but I use it hard and often. D & D knocked it out of the park! It is literally like new except for the cracked paint, of course. It is so clean and fine tuned, I think I’ll get a cover for it so it doesn’t get dirty when I put it back on the bike rack. The last hardcore overhaul of this bike was about 5 years ago, cost more, and was not as thorough. Everyone was super nice, and they called me to discuss what was going on with the bike and what I wanted them to do. When I asked for an opinion on my other bike (an old Raleigh M80 mountain bike), they gave me an honest opinion that it was good as is, but could use a little tuneup, recommending I wait until off-season if I wanted it done.

Everyone here was attentive, professional and helpful. Bought the first bicycle I've purchased in years. They fit me with a bike that was safe, my size, and attractive. They had me ride the bike in the back alley to ensure I was comfortable, walked me through gear changing, handle bar positions and helped me to choose a bike rack for my car. I highly recommend this bicycle shop.

Dan and the D&D team in Northville are just flat out great… been coming here for 3 years now after buying my Giant Contend and it’s always great first class service. Best part is being able to talk to experienced cyclists. If you are looking for a local bike shop D&D is the best.
