Great customer support with regards to the bicycle rental. I had a bike jam up on me while trying to unlock and was worried I was double charged, however, the customer service representative showed me what had happened was that the bike was returned and was able to rent it under one transaction. Doesn't use the standard bike checkout technologies as found in other cities across the US (Chicago, New York, Los Angeles, Washington DC, etc) but it did eventually work. Shout out to customer service once again.

Yesterday I rented and paid $8 for a bike for 1 hour in Brickell, which I returned early. Today at 11am I receive a charge to the same credit card for a bike rental for $63.67, which I did not do. I have tried to contact the company to refund the charge that I did not make but there is no way since the telephone number that appears on the website is wrong.
