Rudy and his team provided exceptional service in getting my e-bike back in perfect working order. After purchasing a problematic e-bike online with numerous issues—defective brakes, constant flats, and faulty electronics—they went above and beyond to help. Rudy personally inspected the bike, recommended better tires, and even skillfully repaired defective throttle cables from the manufacturer. This shop truly puts customers first and ensures your bike is treated with care and expertise. Hands down the best bike shop in Miami with outstanding customer service. Highly recommend!

We rented a bicycle there yesterday, there was only one to choose from, so we decided to accept that it had just the very bare necessities and was very old. They charged 60$ for 3 days, more than that bicycle is worth. After about 5 miles on regular roads, carefully driven, one pedal broke in half, and after another 4 miles the second pedal broke in half. That was too much, we had already accepted a rental that was BY FAR overpriced, but after the pedals broke, we wanted our money back. #miamibikeshop refused that and made no offer for compensation. Maybe they reply now? So far, I suggest that everybody better brings their business to better managed shops

Took my bike 3 times to get fixed. They were never able to finish the job. I called the store to see if we can find a solution and the employee refuses to give my his first name, as if I was a threat. Very shady!

I had an absolutely FANTASTIC experience with the Miami Bike Shop. I needed new lines, a new spoke in my back frame and to tighten up some of my bolts and tune up my bike chain/chain system. My bike was really warn and old prior to coming to the shop and when I got it back I was like "WOW!" out loud, I exclaimed WOW. The price was fantastic. The professionalism and quick work was majorly appreciated. There was a bit of a wait to get my bike back because they were so busy but I'm so happy I came here. I cant recommend the Miami Bike shop more! Don't second guess coming here. I put off getting my bike repaired for way longer than I should have. They're my new go to!

This one is long over due... I had the chance to stop by like 3 weeks ago on a Saturday morning and all I needed was to change the front tire of my bike. Little did I know this young guy by the name of Cesar was not only going to come and greet me making me feel so welcome but his knowledge, professionalism and obvious people skills led me to walk out the store with a new bike instead. Cesar asked the right questions, gave me the right suggestions and in no time I was already happily purchasing a new bike. Not a brand new one, but a new one for me! And it was Cesar and the gentleman working in the back in such a beautiful team effort what will definitely keep me coming back. I have a new FAVORITE Bike spot. THANK YOU SO MUCH GUYS!
