This is a great place to learn and purchase an E-Bike! I purchased my second e-bike from Ritchie and was given excellent service by both he and Alex, including extra basket and rack at no extra cost and an additional battery to enable me to ride longer distance. I recommend them to any who are looking for a first e-bike experience among the many sellers locally and on-line. It pays to purchase from a local retailer who gives good follow-up service!! Very satisfied customer 😊🚴

Told me that he has about 300 or more batteries in stock and bring my bike so he can go look but when I show up he got nothing in stock and have to look at online and I think the price is ridiculous at almost $700 just for one battery. This place will rob you.

Worst business I've ever been to.I dropped my scooter off to get the back tire fix,only to find out they where riding my bike,which was evident after looking the bike over I found that both end caps that cover the bolts that hold the rear wheel on were broke off,they also put my tire on backwards from the arrow that was on the tire,they told me it's a directional tire,ok,so I guess they just put the arrow in the direction they wanted the tire mounted for no reason, never take ur bike there,they are horrible people,and I even tipped them,oh and also took my valve stem caps off and replaced them with regular caps,these people are a joke and apparently don't take their business seriously.beware or be sorry!!!
