Paul and Daniel did a great job helping us with every aspect of our purchase of our new Ebikes! I had many questions and they were so patient in answering them all. We were so pleased that they had our bikes in stock, as well as the bike rack we wanted. They built our bikes and put together our rack so that everything was ready to go when we arrived. We live about 2 hours away and they made sure we had everything we needed to just load up and head home! Paul did a great job explaining all the features on our bikes and even installed our new rack on our car and helped us secure the bikes. We looked at buying online, but we are so glad we made the decision to purchase from Erides. It is great to know we will have a place to go to keep our bikes in top shape! All in all it was a great buying experience and we can’t wait to hit the trail with our new bikes. They are an absolute blast to ride! Thank you Paul and Daniel!

The owner & staff were very knowledgeable & friendly. They answered any questions we had. (And we had a lot) They took time & explained every bike & option we asked about. We rode several bikes around from the store to help us understand the differences of these bikes. We decided that the Velotric Discover 2 fit our needs the best. We have had them for almost a week & have already rode over 100 miles. We have never rode an E-bike before & we are enjoying them very much. You can peddle as much or as little as you want. It takes all the effort out that you would normally experience from a normal bike. I know now why Velotric's commercial says, "Because it's fun." We can't wait to ride them every day. We thank the owner & staff for the wonderful service we experienced.

. When we first visited the store, Paul and Daniel were so helpful. We had difficulty in making a decision as we literally knew nothing about electric bikes. They took time to explain how they worked. They asked questions and made recommendations. We road several different bikes across several days and visits. During our multiple visits we interacted with Tyler and Emmy as well. We bought 1 bike and 1 trike from E-Rides. Had it not been for the expertise of this entire team, I’m not sure we would have made a purchase we were pleased with. I’m so grateful they were patient with us and helped us make a great decision. They even had a trike/bike rack for transporting. No one else offered that. Watch out America, here we come.

After researching electric bikes for over a year and watching hundreds of reviews I took the most repeated advice to purchase from a dealer seriously and began to look at bikes in local bike shops. Some of the relative information I was seeking was not found in the countless reviews I read so I was thorough with questioning the shops about specifications and performance. I found e-rides as they were conveniently located just a few blocks from my business. I went to look at bikes and they allowed me to ride several and also told me all of the info I was seeking about which brand had the best features that I wanted. The owner was working with me directly and the service technician was also very helpful with explaining some important things about e bikes. I felt I had found the best place to purchase my e-bike and accessories from. The shop has now moved to their new location which isn't as convenient for me as it was with them as neighbors but I would gladly ride across the city to give them my business. I've now purchased my second bike from them and fully accessorized both bikes. They service both and the highly skilled techs keep my bikes in tip top shape. The pricing of accessories and service is as good as you will find anywhere and the bike lines they carry encompass every need anyone could have. From trikes to travel bikes and everything between e-rides has it. There have been few products that Ive had to source outside but the rest were on the shelf. I recommend this bike shop highly. I will be purchasing my third bike in spring. Thanks to all the team at e-rides. You made it so simple and pleasurable purchasing my favorite tools and toys. !!!

Today was the day to pick up my Discover2 from E-rides. A week after hip replacement, I just wanted the bike that I could not ride yet. Paul was so helpful and that’s the bottom line folks….service. I have been on the phone constantly with Daniel and Paul who both provided so much service to this nagging person. I had so many questions and they answered them quickly. So Paul not only showed me how to ride the bike, but how to load it on the rack I bought from them. So, from start to finish, they sold me. In fact, they sold me so much I bought my wife a Aventon E bike today also! We have to come back for that one, but would be perfect because after 300 miles mine is due for a free tune up! We will do all our bike needs through them even though they are 90 min away. David Wu
