I have no pleasure to write this but I had a really bad experience. I dropped my bike to fix something simple and after waiting one day after the date they told me it would be done I called them to confirm the bike was ready and they said it was. So I left my work earlier with friends and we all bought online tickets to downhill and just when I get there they told me my bike was not fully fixed because they didn’t have all parts. They even said sorry but justify it saying they are not Cannondale dealer. This is unprofessional and disrespectful. Maybe Im the first one having this kind of experience. Hope anyone else experiences this too.

I just had a great experience at South Mountain Cycle. I was having issues with my front tire and they diagnosed and fixed the issue with expertise and were quick as well. I will definitely recommend them for anything bike related.

5Apr23, I've never rode a bike before. Derek got me sized up, got the accessories I needed, gave me a few tips. It could not have been a better experience. Update 13Aug23: Derek checked my bike once over before first triathlon, just 4 months after learning how to ride a bike. There's comfort in knowing you have the right equipment for you and it will work right. He explained the cross chain noise, gave me information on using my gears. I've gotta buy some shirts to rep these guys at my next race! Thank you so much!

The best cycle shop around! They are the only ones who carry the Kids Ride Shotgun bike seat I was looking for for my grandson. Super helpful service, large inventory in the shop or they'll order anything for you. We're so glad to have it in town!!

These guys are legit. They did everything they could to meet my needs. My repair was not orthodox by any means either. I would recommend these folks to anyone looking for a new bike or any of your orthodox repair needs.
