I checked out all the local shops while looking for a new bike. My experience with Brian was by far the best. He was very honest and open during our conversation. I never felt like he was just trying to make a sale. I ended up getting the bike that I wanted for a great price at East Idaho Cyclery. I highly recommend this shop!

We love East Idaho Cyclery! Whether buying a new bike or repairing/ upgrading your existing bike, Brian provides the best customer service in the market. He has vast knowledge of his products and will guide you to find the best bike for your lifestyle! He is honest and fair, and he stands behind everything he sells. He does great work and makes the buying process easy! We are very happy with the bike we recently purchased from him.

Then this is your place. Every bike shop has its vibe. This one is your modern day neighborhood bike shop! I stopped in for the first time to check this place out on a blustery snowy Saturday afternoon. Brian took time to tell me about his products, services and future plans for his bike shop. I’ll be back to support this local bike shop for sure.

East Idaho Cyclery is the BEST bike shop in Idaho Falls! They are very knowledgeable and their prices are fair for the services they offer! Couldn’t ask for better customer service! I will absolutely be going back for any service or purchase in the future! I highly recommend!

This is the place to go! Brian is super knowledgeable and has been working on all kinds of bikes forever. His prices are very affordable and he will get your bike running better than anyone in town. They also sell a variety of new bikes for kids and adults.
