I came in today on a whim and spoke with Sean. He very patiently answered all of this newbie's questions, and even went on a bike ride with me in the park behind the shop to test drive the model I was looking at. It didn't end there. He recommended a bike rack hitch system, and freaking installed it so that I could take the bike home comfortably. He did all of this with a smile on his face, and spoke with humility and pride. I haven't had customer service like this in many years. It reminds me of what small town shops can be for the people lucky enough to step inside them. I left with a bike, a new seat, some gloves, and the hitch system. I will be back for sure!

I enjoyed my purchasing experience in late May and have been very happy with the e-bike I purchased. While there was some confusion around the complementary six month check-up and tuneup for the bike I purchased, the owner, who is very customer oriented and conscientious, quickly resolved the issue.

#AccordingToArmon Shawn, and the entire eBoom staff here in Whitestown were amazing!!! My wife & I had been searching around the Midwest for the New Aventon Aventure.2 with Fat Tires; both the Camouflage Step Over & Cobalt Blue Step Through models, and eBoom happened to be one of the only stores in the Indianapolis area that could get their hands on them! My wife is about 5 ft tall, and I am 5 ft 7 myself and we both ordered the Regular Models; which were perfect fits! We came in on a Saturday, and the bikes came in about 8 days!!! Shawn gave me the call, the bikes were assembled, and on the back of my uncle’s pick up that same evening! They cost us a little over $4K, but we’re absolutely worth it! They have a 60 mile range, take about 5-6 hours to full charge from dead. They can also reach 28 MPH if unlocked to Level 3 using the Aventon App! They also come with an LED Display Screen, Front Light, Back Tail Light, Turn Signals, and Towing Rack, and Fenders to avoid Splashing! Last but certainly not least, The Aventure.2 model is equipped with a Torque System that accommodates the rider and increases the speed of whatever the rider is doing! It comes with 4 different Riding Modes: Eco, Touring, Sport, and Turbo! You can also adjust the front suspension for a more solid or smooth ride! Beyond happy with our purchase! Great Job Guys!

I can’t say enough good things about EBoom. I recently got my Aventon Soltera 2 from them, and the whole experience was fantastic. Mike at the front was awesome, and the techs in the back were super accommodating and friendly. I’m beyond thrilled with both my new bike and the overall experience. Highly recommend!

My wife surprised me last night with a new Aventon e-bike from e-Boom!! Incredibly happy with this bike, and we had to take hers and mine out to the local State Park and ride until after dark. Love it, and happy to have got it from an Indiana bike shop!
