Took bike in for free inspection and they caught the beginning of tire rot, probably caused by the red coloring from the red walls of the tires. Advised me to replace tires, but against a colored tire replacement. I took their advice and replaced with black tires. Bill, the manager, was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain to me the issue.

Staff did a great job in resolving an issue with my Quarq power meter that had me stumped. The problem was fixed in 5 minutes and detailed recommendation to prevent recurrence was provided.

Really appreciate the team at Gray Goat. Have done a couple rounds of repairs and annual services on my road bike, and always a top notch job. Friendly people who ride and have recommendations based on their own activity. Really enjoy this shop and experience. Highly recommend!!

This shop is outstanding. I had pedals stuck on an old Bianchi and Connor get it squared away in under 5 minutes. The folks is the shop were kind and approachable. Obviously their bikes are very high end, but there was no snobbery and I was super impressed.
