Just spectacular customer service. The entire staff went out of their way for me in this transaction. They went to another store to pickup the bike I was looking for. They even setup my odometer that I purchased from them, that I was not expecting. I have not had a bike in 30 years or so, the staff made me feel comfortable and confident in my decision. This will be my home for bike decisions and I will be sure to refer people there when I can. Thank you all!

I needed a specific part for my cycling shoes. Eddy’s not only went above and beyond in finding the part, but they also installed it for me. The staff is extremely kind, knowledgeable, and helpful!

I had a great experience here today with two of the ladies in the shop. I brought in my bike so they could help diagnose why it was an uncomfortable ride for me. They had me on a couple of different new bikes after deciding that mine was not proportioned well for me. I ended up buying a new one. They were very kind and helpful! And open on Sunday, too. Fantastic. Worth driving across town for.

I have been working with them personally for over 13 years. I only recommend people come here if they are looking for a bike. Even better though is their service. Every offseason I bring my bikes in for a tune up. I had accidentally run over some glass and brought my bike in to be checked out. It was fixed for the time. As soon as I got home it was flat again. When I brought it back they figured out it was a piece of glass stuck in the tire that causes the tube to go flat. They were able to quickly help get me back on the road. They are the best and we love our bikes.

The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. Their prices are very reasonable and I didn't feel pressured into purchasing anything. After standing in line due to Covid precautions, I was able to test out several bikes, pick one, get a kickstand put on in it and purchase it in less than an hour during a very busy Sunday. I love my new bike and I highly recommend this place!
