Took my bike in for a service. Staff was very helpful and even did a service for my son’s little bike. They were super friendly and will definitely come back.

Nice and well stocked store. I needed shimano disc brake pads so I could ride the next day. They had them in stock. Pretty much the only high end bike shop in town.

The guys are nice enough so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and paid the bill but I will absolutely never come back to this place. They had my bike for two months to replace the bearings and bleed the brake. Keep in mind I completely rebuilt the rear hub myself, they called me told me it was done went there sat around for two hours and watched them mess with it because it wasn’t done. They ended up sending me back the bike in pieces. The bike rode in there. The brakes worked when I brought it to him when it left , I had to order new parts the brakes no longer worked And four months later, I still haven’t been over to ride the freaking bike Literally should’ve took 20 minutes to do this

Bought my bike online and went to pick it up here. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. They adjusted it for our needs, gave tips on what the seat height and knee angle should be, street riding and gear tips, etc. The prices in store seem to be equal or cheaper than online (due to some misconfiguration for certain sizes online).

I brought my road bike here to see about changing a cassette to make hill climbing easier. Colton gave me some options. Linda did the work. The price for the work was reasonable and the work was done professionally. After I picked it up, I took it over a bunch of hills. It did in fact make it easier. The store is very clean and the employees are knowledgeable and courteous. Highly recommended.
