We love this shop. Coming in from Tahoe it’s the shop we always trust. Mathew is the best there, he fixed my transition mtb quickly, honestly and very friendly. Even told us about the best trails in the hood. Best bike shop!

Favorite bike shop. I always go to them when I need something. I have learned a lot from them. They helped build my bike. New drive system. Rides smoothly and fast.

Incredible customer service. $8 per hour. Call ahead and ask to reserve the bikes with hand brakes! They were so accommodating and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

Sterling has worked on my bike for basic maintenance and always does a wonderful job. Then my bike developed a mysterious intermittent problem that had us both puzzled. Sterling went out of his way to research the issue. He went above and beyond to pinpoint the problem. The next day he texted me to say it was ready! This shop and crew are the real deal. We were visting from Canada and my son and I wanted to hit the Flow Trail. I gave Cycle Works a ring and spoke to Stirling the owner, he set us up with a couple Kona Process and took us to the Soquel Demonstration Trail Head. We spent the afternoon ripping up the trails with Stirling and his mates - it was a super terrific day! Great guys, great bikes and great time!
