I can’t say enough good things about our neighborhood Epicenter. Excellent customer service. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I also enjoy the quality of the products they sell. They do a great job on fittings and tune ups as well!

Snapped a derailleur at the top of Nisene Marks and still had 13 miles to get home to Santa Cruz. Epicenter swapped in anew derailleur in less than 20 minutes and I was off. Much appreciated!

Crew was great. I came in just before closing for a patch kit, gave me several recommendations, gave their opinion and were super helpful on a low end purchase.

Great shop. They helped me with my cleats that were squeaking while riding. Most appreciated. My riding buddy needed a new tire and was able to get one and use their floor pump after he replaced the wormed out tire. My friend and I were able to sit in the shade by the front of the shop. Good place. Thanks

Ryan is the man! Most shops carry the same style products, but the difference is the service. This is where Ryan is head and shoulders above the rest!
