Temper Bicycle Works helped me keep my e-bike. I was out of options replacing a battery that was no longer available, as Blix stopped making my bike model. TBW tested the battery. I ended up purchasing a used battery from them. I wish I knew about this awesome business earlier. It would have saved me frustration & time. I will go back to them in Santa Cruz even though I live on the Monterey Peninsula. Thanks Temper Bicycle Works!

If you're an e-bike owner who feels overlooked by other bike shops, then this is the place for you. I recently brought in my RadRunner 2 for some upgrades, and the team here did an outstanding job. They kept me updated with texts, ensuring I knew exactly what was happening with my bike. Plus, they were incredibly helpful in sourcing additional parts. Highly recommend!

Awesome bike shop that specializes in ebike services and conversions. They fixed my cargo bike motor and it feels brand new! They’re around the back of the building so call them and they’ll come out and lead you to the shop!

Amazing, tucked away e-bike repair + e bike battery shop! Their batteries are lightweight and compact. I love that they could upgrade my already customized bike with a battery rather than having to buy an entirely new e-bike😍😍😍
