My recent experience buying my new Trek E-bike from Ernie's shop in New Philadelphia was very, very good. The employees are all very nice, and and very knowledgeable. I have previously bought road bikes at the New Phila. store and always had a good experience. At my age I probably will not be buying another bike, but would highly recommend Ernie's shop in New Phila. to anyone who is looking to make a purchase. Scott

My wife's Trek 4300 had 4 broken spokes on the rear wheel. Dropped the bike off on Thursday and picked it up on Saturday. Charges were only $20. That is good service. We purchased these bikes from Ernie's 20 some years ago.
