The guys at Fit Werx are great! I've been a runner for years, but just started doing triathlons - Ian did a thorough fit and helped me choose a bike that works for my body geometry. I'm very satisfied with all of the analysis that went into the fit and the follow-up emails I've exchanged with him to smooth out the details of body positioning and efficient pedaling.

My wife and I had an amazing experience with FitWerx VT! Ian, Jeff, and Jaz all went above and beyond throughout the custom fitting process and bike assembly. As former high-level competitive swimmers and recreational runners, we knew we would enjoy cycling but were intimated by the abundance of information and the fear that we might not get value out of our investment. We absolutely love our bikes and do not think we would have the same level of satisfaction and enjoyment had we not chosen FitWerx. Ian was so thoughtful and patient with all of our questions throughout the process. We cannot recommend FitWerx and their process/philosophy more. Ian, Jim, and Bruce have made the ownership of the bike they designed and built for me an ongoing super experience, They help me with mechanical questions, maintenance and repair. cleat adjustment and advice on training. Never once have they laughed at one of my dumb questions! FitWerx is the Best!

Recently bought a new road bike. My first bike in 20 plus years so I wanted to make sure I had a great bike, great fit and most importantly service. As you know, bikes are in high demand and low supply but was able to secure a Parlee frame and the team at Fit Werx began assembling parts. It was a wait but well worth it. I love my bike. The fit process was very thorough and Ian took time to explain riding position to a non- rider. After a wait the bike was ready and I had a introduction session with Jeff. The team has been responsive to questions and hasn’t made me novice mentality awkward. This is a high end bike shop so that potential existed but I felt comfortable during the process. The value will be in follow up and service and my sense is this is as important to Ian and the team as it is to me. I would certainly recommend the crew at Fit Werx VT!
