Great service all around! Very knowledgeable. Justin helped me purchase the perfect bike for my type of riding as someone new to the sport and gave me an amazing deal on top of it. Everyone is super helpful and accommodating when it comes to getting my bike serviced or purchasing accessories. Recommend 100%

I’m from Ontario Canada and I chose to buy from this shop because of the discounts they offered. I saw them first on pinkbike then communicated through fb messenger when I bought USD1,565 worth of items back in January/February 2023. Didn’t bother for official receipt as I thought Rockshox is reliable as long as the shocks are registered until I dealt with warranty issue in October 2024. I messaged them through pinkbike and fb messenger. This time around it takes them a while to respond, unlike when I was buying items. I even called them with international long distance costing me some money but even after multiple follow ups and emails they give the same reason that they are busy and will send an official receipt later. I didn’t receive any until my warranty was already over. I guess the lesson is to ask for official receipt right away as the customer service in this company is not good based on my experience.

Flat Tire is the best bike shop around- periodt! They're always running sales and specials, offer great financing rates, and they also give back to the community as well as organize tons of group rides and events. Everyone I've ever met here has been knowledgable and supportive in any purchase I set out to make. Support small businesses like this one, make some new bike buddies, but most importantly- get out and ride!

Came across Flat Tire Co on Pinkbike. They had a bike I wanted listed there so I called the shop to confirm that the listing was correct. Great price on a bike that would have cost me $300 more elsewhere. Ashley was helpful, honest, and straightforward. Bought the bike from only seeing pictures of it and it came in awesome condition. Better condition than I expected. The bike was very carefully packed and arrived in 3 days! Can’t wait for spring to ride. Appreciate local shops even when they are not local to me. Thoroughly happy with my purchase.

Awesome bikes and friendly faces - have always been a great help and they always try to have the best parts in the shop. Will always recommend them to everyone I know. They can help you with normal bikes to premium models. Service is top notch and Justin is one of the only people I would let work on my bike, suspension especially. Group rides are always fun and can look forward to trips to various bike parks and spots around the region to ride at. Through all of the parts and bike shortages they have been doing everything they can to keep people riding.
