Dan was absolutely a charm and ninja when it came to professionalism and breaking down/building back up my new Treadmill!! He was incredibly knowledgeable and a true master of his craft! I highly recommend his services!

Eric repaired my elliptical and did a great job! He was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. When I scheduled the appointment, I was given a four hour window which is normal for service calls. The night before, Eric called me with a more precise time and called again the day of to confirm the arrival time. This was very much appreciated! I was able to get a quick appointment even though they are about an hour away from me and their prices are very fair. I highly recommend them!

I took my bicycle here and dropped it off to have the one brake adjusted/fixed, the one gear adjusted/fixed, and the front break was rubbing so I wanted that to be adjusted. It took two weeks for it to be fixed and get called to go pick it up. When I picked it up he told me that he replaced both brakes even though I only asked for the one to be fixed and he said when test riding it that the other gear broke on him also so he replaced both gears. The final cost of this LITERALLY cost the same amount that my bike had cost me when I purchased it!!! I googled and did some research on bicycle shops before picking one and this shop was local and had a few nice reviews which is why I picked it... If I just went out and bought a new bicycle it would have cost me literally the same amount of money and I could have had it the same exact day rather than waiting as long as I did also. I DO NOT recommend going to this place for repairs as they take advantage of you and also do more work than what was requested. I don’t know if my other gear truly broke on him or not when he test rode it, but it was working 100% fine before me dropping it off. That will be the last time a bicycle shop receives my business as I’d always go buy another bicycle before hand now. I only had a few basic things fixed and it was the price of a brand new bicycle. Imagine if I had one additional thing done to it, then it would have cost more than my bicycle did! Completely crazy!!

Dan came out to repair our nordictrack bike. He was very professional. Fixed the machine and was in and out and gave helpful advice. Will definitely then if we need help again.

Fantastic place to get your bike built. I bought a bike on Amazon and just couldn’t put it together correctly. The technician, Dan, was able to get it up and running perfectly within a few days and it runs so well. Would definitely recommend.
