They printed the wrong VIN number on my documents TWICE. And didn’t sign the MCO. I had to make 4 trips to the shop and 2 to the DMV and the bike is still not registered. Be very careful looking at the documents and make sure they didn’t mess it up. Huge headache and fully regret buying from them. I’d recommend avoiding them altogether and buy from somewhere more legit

It is the best store I have dealt with. They have all the bikes and their equipment and very nice services.

Idk why they are offering repair services and don’t do it. I have a new bicycle and one wheel need a patch and the man who work in the front want to sell me two new wheels lol
