Sketchy place with awful customer service. Do yourself a favor and walk a couple of blocks to King Kog of other place in which they have more respect for their customers

This place stripped a screw due to them using a high powered drill to loosen rather than by hand. It'll happen sometimes due to the slipping of the bit and tearing up the head -- it's a risk you take when trying to expedite the process. Rather than accepting and acknowledging this; the guy tried charging me $5 for a 10 cent screw, then doubled down by banning me from coming there again when I pointed out their mistake. If you want an incompetent crew to work on your stuff, or get exploited when they mess up this is the place for you.

Very helpful and straight forward. They get the job done hassle free. My boyfriend just bought himself an electric scooter and he is the happiest I've ever seen him. And they didn't mind my daughter helping herself to a ton of stickers lol
