Super nice people. Stopped by with an emergency shifter cable problem while staying overnight at a local marina. Even on a clearly busy Saturday, they took excellent care of me and got me on my way. Every once in a while, you run into a business where the owners and staff really like doing what they do and, as a result, provide exceptional customer service. This is one of those places.

Stopped in a few times to test ride, staff helpful and informative. Not pushy to make a sale. Finally decided on the bikes we wanted, went thru all the features. Got them set up, Checked everything over. Even went with us to the parking lot to make sure we were all set and safely loaded.

Very knowledgeable staff, excellent customer service. Very helpful. Great variety of Electra bicycles. I just bought the Townie 7D. I bought the Cruiser 1 from a thrift store about a year ago, however; it was also originally purchased from Fox Bikes in New Smyrna Beach, FL!
