Service at Garcias Bicycle Shop was truly a problem solving experience. I was given a bike that needed some fine tuning and tire repairs along with some TLC and the service provided didn’t disappoint from pricing to knowledge to pleasant conversation you can tell that the people that work there are passionate about their craft and care about the community. I’m excited for my wheels to hit the road! I would definitely recommend for you to stop by to purchase or repair any bike! Thanks again for all your help with mine 😊 I look forward to maintaining a relationship with this shop for years to come.

If I could give no stars I would, my brake lever was little loose, I asked if he can adjust the lever or flush and replace old mineral oil. I seen him start to flush it so I asked to watch him, he starts bleeding the oil all over the floor, brake pad. He tries to screw the syringe valve into the mineral oil port and when he pushed the valve came out the port and I watch him for 20 minutes drip mineral oil from 2 inches above the port while using his fingers to push the spilling oil into the port. A other customer came in complaining his head lights don't work, he asked if I could give him 2 hours. I figured he wanted to fix a past mistake with this customer. I went to get something to eat and when I got back he had cut my light sensor wire. I asked why didn't he call me before he did that, he said i know sorry, i asked why didn't he just unscrew the sensor wire, he didn't say anything. When I got it back I checked the lever port, the screw wasn't screwing. When I got the screw out I notice the rubber gasket was missing. When I spoke with the manager he was refusing to answer my questions. Why didn't he call me first or why did he cut the wire. Then telling me how much it will cost to fix what he broke. I asked for a replacement and all he had in the whole bike shop was a old 10$ lever. He also broke my phone mount and refused to watch the camera to confirm. This place is a scam. They will sabotage your equipment and charge you. I wouldn't let them touch anything.

A few days ago I took my bike to get an update and when I went to pick it up I was surprised by the excellent work they did, very professional with a lot of experience, very friendly !

So glad I found this bike shop. Jose was very patient and very helpful. He answered all my questions and show me some great bikes all while Carnell fixed my bike. I’m in the market for a lighter bike to ride for some distance riding around the city and he’s got some great options at his shop. He kindly explained the specs of the bikes that he showed me.

Absolutely amazing experience at this bike shop! I'm not a huge bike person, but I rely on my e-bike for my day-to-day commute. I recently had my tire go flat with no visible punctures or damage to give me any indication as to why- so I brought it to this shop and not only did the kind employee fix my issue *on the spot* he also explained what the issue was. (The valve stem broke during a bumpy ride.) After that, he oiled up my chains, replaced my pedals with new ones as my one pedal was broken at the time, and re-inflated my tires too! I purchased a high-quality bike lock and phone holder and that was it. 😊 And if this experience wasn't already good enough- when I asked about my rusted chain and asked if in his professional opinion if it needed replacing, he told me that it was fine and that the damage was mostly cosmetic, with the actual structural integrity of the chain being- in his words, "about 80%" he didn't try to upsell me at any point during the process of my repair and purchase and was nothing but polite and courteous. If YOU need a place to repair your bike, buy new parts, or just have any questions, THIS is the shop to go to, you will NOT be disappointed. I don't live too close by, but after such a great experience- this will be my new go-to for sure. 😃👍
