great shop for bike tune ups and really friendly team. They were more than happy to spend some time with me going over several different bike options even though i was upfront in saying its not going to be any time soon. They seem to be genuinely passionate about bikes and sharing their knowledge. When i decide to buy, it will be here!

The Gateway team was fantastic. I needed a last minute hydraulic brake hose bleed, and they had it fixed in less than an hour, which allowed me to get in my long ride! Very reasonable labor cost too. Bravo!

Troy helped correct some fitment issues with my bike, taking his time to ensure that all of his adjustments were right for me. He is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to chat with. Every time I visit the shop, I receive top-notch customer service - I would recommend Gateway Cycle to anyone!

Almost 800 reviews and all 5 stars.. I’m not surprised. No other Local bike store can compete with the knowledge and friendly staff at Gateway cycle. I frequent Gateway Cycle for routine maintenance. I ask a bunch of questions about tools, maintenance, what kind of etc to use on etc parts, they always give me a straightforward answer. A cheap estimate, and a quick repair if needed. Lastly, Gateway provides a unique service that no other bike stores (that I know of) offer. Why would you even consider buying a new bike anywhere else, unless it’s from Craigslist. Having the yearly service to bring in your Gateway bike for them to service… don’t miss out, buy your bike from here.

Gateway cycle is so professional and knowledgeable about all of their products and services I cannot say enough about how wonderful the staff is there, and helpful ,and will go the extra mile for anybody! I always feel like I'm the most valued customer in the store and get treated what the utmost respect. They are very patient with any questions that you might have and will spend as much time as needed to make sure you're a happy customer. Best bike shop in the metro area hands down
