If you are looking for new bicycle. Hometown Bicycle is not the best place for you. They don’t have the bike in stock right now. But the staff were very friendly. They are the best place to fix your bike. They closed Tuesday and Wednesday.

Haven't ridden a bike in over 30 years. Went and talked to Shaun. He spent more than 30 minutes figuring out just the bike I wanted and needed. We ordered it (Famous name). The bike was supposed to be delivered in approximately 10 weeks, after 6 months we gave up waiting. I personally called the manufacturer and confirmed that they had received my order and had not yet made the bike. After the 6 months, Shaun (who had been in constant contact), worked with me to get a comparable or better bike. We ordered the bike and had it in two weeks. Shaun set it up perfectly. For me this was a high service environment, that talked with me and worked with me to get just what I wanted. I would highly recommend.

Wanting to transition a full suspension 29er to a hard tail gravel bike. Home town team had great ideas and offered varying products to choose from to make it happen. I now have a 29er gravel bike. Not just service, but innovation. Great experience.
