The owner was absolutely amazing. I got there five minutes before closing and he fixed my seat put my new seat on and I bought a new post and he was great. Can't thank him enough.

I sent my bike to this bike shop from NY via Bike Flights and they were great. Fast service, friendly staff, and very reasonable. I’m happy that I found them and would highly recommend them.

I have never had my bike serviced in there because I went in there one time to have a rear tube changed and they put it up on the rack and inspected it and they tried upselling me parts that I did not need. I did not go in there to be absolved and sold parts that I did not need I needed to have a rear tube changed that is all. The people in there said it would be about a week I don't have a week I depend upon my bike to get to and from places so I said no thank you and I took the bike back out. I took the bus home and even though I don't like to do it I changed the tube myself. I have not been back since

I went to the Infinity bike store to get a tube for my bike knowing I didn't have the money for the tube.Gio came to the counter and asked how he could help me .I said I need a tube for my bike I will do whatever you want to work it off .He said I don't have anything as he is walking to the back of the store for you to do.I was watching him going through a box in the back. I believe he grabbed something out of the box.He returned to the counter and said no warranty 's no refunds but I am going to GIVE you this .It looked like a brand new tube.I thanked him from the bottom of my heart .Gio your AWSOME.......I'm giving 5 stars.There are still good people in this 🌎 Thanks again

This shop should be recognized for small business award, helping people of Brevard, taking care of us and our bikes! Your legit safe in this shop's care! * My bike was stolen from Walmart and it was special to me because my sis in law /niece gave it to me to get around right now. *It was taken the day after I started my new job. * I prayed in anger, in sadness, in madness, then in sympathy, then forgiveness. *God listened and answered my prayers. After asking half of Brevard and whoever else saw my post, to look for my bike, a man, (who to me could only be an angel, since I genuinely believe God sent him to the rescue) , by the name Rob Farbstien from Infinity Bike Shop said he had a new bike for me, and just asked me to pay it forward. I thanked God, I still do, it opened my heart again to humanity, it restored my hope, he did more than just give me a bike, he heard my cry for help and answered, as well as a couple others offering help or sympathy, and that right there is why I get on my bike today with pride. That is why I tell this story to anyone doubting humanity, God, or goodness. When someone thinks this world is just cold and damaged, that's not the case. To anyone who reads this, this man, his shop, truly need recognition! I was able to forgive whoever took my bike, I forgive you, maybe you weren't aware it was my only means of transportation, maybe you needed it more than me, perhaps it was a lapse in judgment, Lord knows I've had mine.
