I had the pleasure of going to this shop earlier this year. Matt was just outstanding in customer service. He takes the time to answer any and all questions you have. I was able to try several bikes, there is nothing like a bent. I did wind up buying one and I have enjoyed my bike each and every day. Riding daily, hoping to go as long as I can till winter sets in. It is thanks to Matt that I did get a great bike! I’m sorry I didn’t post sooner.

Larry and Matt are great guys, and the shop has a good selection of recumbents. They also have very customer-oriented service and take care of their customers after the sale very well as well. A good place to visit!

I'm giving Matt and Larry (Laurie? I'm sorry I'm terrible with spelling of names) at Jersey bents ANOTHER 5 star review. They were awesome during the sales process and have continued to be awesome after. Their customer service is fantastic. Through no fault of them I brought my trike home with an unexplainable flat tire. Round trip for me would have been almost 4 hours. With out hesitation Matt offered to send me what was needed to get me on the road as well as an extra tube. These gentleman offer out standing customer service. I am glad I chose Jersey Bents for my first recumbent purchase.

They have the knowledge and section you need to make decisions about recumbent biking. Easy going and very helpful. Make an appointment and you will get the chance to find out what bent biking is all about.

Matt and Larry were incredibly helpful! My brother has limitations following a stroke and the bike was altered to fit his needs. They gave him another level of independence. And he is out of here!
