this place is the epitome of good vibes! Angie and Chris go above and beyond, truly! In the dead of winter, I had the worst time with my bike, and they stepped in and seriously saved the day! They put time and care into the repair, they treated me with so much respect and love and sent me home with a free gift, a super comfy seat, cover to protect my bike from the winter weather ! Bikey has found her second home that's for sure. i’m excited for the events. They have planned in the spring like group rides and hangouts. This place is awesome and great to connect with new like-minded friends and family. Please patronize them instead of Amazon if you need bike parts! also, their prices literally cannot be beat. If I could give five more stars I would! Thank you guys, you rock!

For a little bike shop Chris at Jersey City Bike Shop really knows how to deliver BIG! When i contacted Chris last week I was looking for a Specialized Sirrus, unfortunately he did not carry Specialized, he pointed me in the right direction suggesting different brands and models that might interest me. I ended up landing on a pretty badass Bianchi Csport-1. I never even thought I would be able to afford a Bianchi so i was pumped! I made a little mistake and had him order the wrong bike, as soon i as realized my mistake and notified him he assured me it was no problem and contacted the rep and took care of the problem! On the day i went to pickup my bike, everything was ready to go.... he fitted me on my bike made sure everything was the way i wanted it... there was only one problem, on my way out I saw another Bianchi he had in the window.... I knew my wife would love it... I took a picture to send to her and he let me know we could work out a deal on that one if I wanted.... well guess what, we went and picked that one up today as well! Super pumped on both our bikes and my family and i went on a nice ride today it was fantastic! Thanks Chris! you are freaking awesome!!!!

Great service, always take care of issues quickly, saved me a long walk more than a few times. Recently purchased 2 new folding bikes and that worked out great as well. All the thumbs up.

The owner Chris, and his staff are just amazing, professional, kind, and very polite. Easy communication. The location is well organized, clean, and presentable. They provide white glove service. Amazing, and easy process, you won’t be disappointed.

Recently bought 2 Marin mountains bikes from this company. Chris had this order handled timely and to perfection. Super quality bikes and the service provided made me feel like a priority! I go back to buy accessories and scope out new equipment! Will buy from again here!
