Wife and I were in Dunedin for a few days to ride the Pinellas Trail. Broke a strap on my helmet, went into the shop to buy a new one. Nothing my size or MTB style on the shelf. Staff grabbed one from rental stash. Go ride, have fun- bring it back when you are done. Awesome service, coffee, hang out. Go see them. We had a blast, will be back.

Jacob and the crew deliver consistent excellent service. Jacob took the time to listen to everything I inquired about and then gave me information I needed to make the best decision on what my purchase would be. Talk to them and educate yourself with their knowledge and experience and you won’t be disappointed. They are open and friendly to whatever they can accommodate you with here. Thank you Jacob.

This is the second bike I have purchased at Kafe Racer. Both times I’ve had incredible service such as Sam actually putting my bike shoes on me to make sure they fit and tightening the straps. The first time I bought a Magnum Pathfinder. This bike does not even compare to others in its class, it’s the best and so much fun to ride. Over the years as I have aged, I’ve found my balance is not as good as it used to be. I went back to Kafe Racer and told them of my issues. They immediately helped me find the right bike, which happened to be a trike, ordered it for me, put it all together and called me. I went to the shop the next day. It was a beautiful TerraTrike EVO. When I arrived they instantly started putting all the accessories on it for me, measured me, cut the chain to fit me and had it ready in a few hours. I lost my bike water bottle holder right next to Kafe Racer. After going inside, I met Jacob, the man. He helped me fix the issue so I could continue my four-hour ride. When I asked how much I owed him, he said nothing. I was impressed by the friendly atmosphere and hospitality at the shop. I will definitely come back!

Post hurricane & the employees are ready to help! Every employee I’ve ever interacted with has been over the top helpful. From fixing my bike, to making great coffee. One of the BEST places in Dunedin. They have an amazing space outdoor and indoor with free wifi. Happy place. Happy people:) see John at the cafe are all the cool mechanics to help🫶
