I bought my Begode ET Max from PEV Connection back when they first opened. I have purchased from Alien Rides before, and there's nothing wrong with Alien Rides, but it has really been great dealing with a local shop. If I need any repairs or parts installed they are close and even offer loaners while you wait! I also appreciate that they are quick to respond on FB Messenger and they're always happy to answer questions or help troubleshoot/diagnose. I would definitely purchase from them again when the time comes.

So grateful to have found PEV, a place to get good customer service and personal care for your personal electric vehicles. I brought my Onewheel in to get a new tire and had the pleasure of checking out a bunch of other electric unicycles and scooters while there. Their prices were even lower than the other two places I tried that had horrible customer service.

These guys are outstanding. I was vacationing in Key Largo when I experienced a flat tire on my Begode Master Pro V3. When I contacted the guys at eWheels (whom I’m bought this EUC from), they told me that I was in luck because I could stop at a highly regarded EUC repair shop in Clearwater. By the name of PEV Connection, on the way home.The only problem was that when I looked at the weather app later that day, I noticed that my hometown (Knoxville, TN) was about to be hit by an extreme cold weather front…. And I turned off the thermostat before I left home, thinking that the cold weather was over for the year (LOL.) But these guys at PEV Connection could not have been any better. Not only did they provide outstanding quality customer service, they were extremely fast and efficient - they were like a pit crew at the Indy 500. They were able to get me out the door in the same day, and this even included having to deal with my inner tube arriving late in the day from FedEx. Needless to say, I was able to get back to Knoxville in time to avoid a REAL disaster of the pipes in my house freezing! These folks are highly knowledgeable and geared to the teeth with problem solving ability (which has never been my specialty.) And as far as I’m concerned, they are the Indy 500 pit crew of EUCs in the southeast United States. Dedicated, fast, and incredibly professional.

Its great that we have a PEV shop in the area. When I got back in town from roaming with an RV and a PEV I asked the local groups around. Nearly everybody recommended Mike, Rob, and their shop PEV Connection. When they first fixed my wheel the store was still under construction. Mike asked about my timeline and expectations to ensure he could get me out on my next ride, but I had a spare wheel. So its great that we have a PEV shop in the area, but whats even better is whose shop it is. Call it the vibe, call it the ethos, call it whatever you want. They show that they genuinly care about the community. I see them on group rides, I see them help cordinate group rides, I see them help foster a better community. They asked for a review, and with how much everybody loves them I'm sure they will get several! I was going to write one anyways but I'm not a word smith. Rob said not to worry and just write a sentence or two. I have trouble following directions which is why I keep needing work done on my wheel. haha :) They are great people, they run a great business and I know its a tough crowd. I really want them to succeed, not only because I don't want to have to work on my own wheel but becasue its obviously their passion and they are doing their best to be there for the community and I'm betting the community will do their best for them. I sure will. Update: still love it there! Got a new tire installed today

Great service from two of the most knowledgeable PEV experts in the area! Rom changed a Sherman S tire for very reasonable price and turnaround time. Also good place for accessories like stands and pads. But my favorite part about the store is the demo wheels - I tried a few and settled on the V11Y and they facilitated an order for me.
