Bobby and his entire team are absolutely incredible to work with. I have dealt with many businesses big and small and I have never seen such amazing customer service that the Light Riders crew offers. They honestly made myself and my wife feel like family. By the time we purchased our E-Bikes we knew every detail about them, just a truly amazing experience. I would also like to add that we are located in Pennsylvania with many E-Bike dealers to pick from but we choose Light Riders because they are that good.
