I had a fantastic experience at Mad Dog Cycles. Knowledgeable, friendly staff are supportive and helpful. I have purchased multiple bikes from Mad Dog—they have unbeatable deals and a huge selection of inventory, bikes and accessories. If you are interested in a bike or gear, I recommend shopping with Mad Dog. Don’t wast your time elsewhere. Update: Mad Dog continues to be the best local bike shop. They will do any service/upgrades you need. Mason is an exceptional bike mechanic. Ask for him.

I have always purchased my bikes from a local shop, however the trek rail that I wanted was not available anywhere near me. I started to search online and found Maddog Cycles. I reached out to them and had many discussions with Mason and Randy who both helped me with my decision on the model I wanted and customizing with some carbon fiber wheels. They were both very kind both understood my needs and were very patient with me we had many texts going back-and-forth to where I felt like they were my local bike shop. They even sent some pictures at my request of my bike being built up at their shop which was a lot of fun to see the bike coming together. When the bike arrived there were some damage that was noticed right away on the box the delivery guy was really patient let me open it up we saw a few things on it nothing severe I took pictures I reached out to Maddog and they went above and beyond to resolve the issues with no questions asked I’m extremely pleased with Maddog Cycles and their whole team and I would recommend them to anyone looking to get a great deal on a Trek Rsil E bike.

Mad Dog had the part I needed (Bontrager rear light) at a discount. Ordered the part on Thursday and it arrived on Monday. No complaints at all - but they could use a smaller box for shipping 😊

Rode the bike one time and it immediately quit working. They sold me garbage for $1700 do not buy from these crooks. You can see it’s got a full battery that’s from when the store charged it not me. I haven’t even opened the charger box.i tried calling and the automated machine said “start a text conversation” yeah dude when im miles from my house trying to get back before it’s dark and cold i really want to be pulling over to maybe get text messages that probably won’t help me.

These guys were great! Super knowledgeable and kind, answered all of my questions and provided me with plenty of resources. Never felt like I was pressured into buying anything, and I got the model we were looking at right off the floor, not something from the back. Definitely will be coming back to get an E bike for myself soon!
