I was extremely stressed out searching for a reliable bike. I went to this shop and from the moment Steven at Mega Cycle introduced himself I felt a huge relief. He made it extremely easy to understand each bike and was able to get me fitted with the bike that fit me perfectly. Him and the rest of his team made the whole process so much easier. I highly recommend this shop if you’re looking for a bike.

Mario is an incredibly knowledgeable cyclist with a strong background in the product he sells. He takes the time to sit with you and ensure you’re truly getting the correct bike. I purchased an FS Specialized MTB from Mega and it was a 10/10 experience. This is not an REI or DICKS, his shop is the real deal and if you want a great bike, price, and experience don’t go anywhere else. He genuinely cares about the rider and his community. Also, shoutout to Stephen and Dimitri who were working with Mario on a Sunday to ensure bikes were going out the door. 10/10.

Great customer service, I was looking for a specific bike they had it. I called payed a small deposit. He assembled the bike and had it ready on time. It was a seamless transaction. I would highly recommend them.

I took my specialized hybrid bicycle in due to a battery repair, they were extremely responsive, professional, and friendly, and to my surprise they only had to replace the battery when they could’ve charged me for anything. Again, I would highly recommend them for sales and service and they have an amazing selection of bicycles. Their team was very nice.
