This is the worst shop I’ve been to in my life. I asked them to fix two things on my e-bike, my front brake and to put in my brand new front suspension. After waiting 4 days for them to start working on it they gave my bike back. The forks they put on they locked it so basically they don’t work and they told me it was terrible and that it was gonna break soon, so basically I got a death trap of a bike. Second the front brakes, probably the easiest thing to fix they decided not to fix it and left it squirting. On top of all that they charged me 60 bucks for 1 hour of labor which is insane. Trust me by never going to this shop ever just go to SoFlo E bike shop down the street.

Wonderful experience all around. We gave them a call at 11 am, they said the bike would be ready for us at 2pm. When we got there, our Pink Denago cruiser 1 was ready for us with a beautiful bow!!! We got a free accessory to boot. And were out the door at 2:40. Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable staff.

I have used this bike shop for a few years now and I have to say that is one of the best bike shops in Miami. They are very few bike shops that fix foreign electric bikes most shops will barely even look at a bike that they don't sell let alone touch it. The prices here are fair and affordable, and the people are helpful and friendly. I always get my bike back fix within a day sometimes even the same day if they know I'm in a rush. This place has helped me out a lot and I would be unable to fix specific parts of my bike without them.

It is a very professional store where I received great service and support. It is my first ebike and the salesperson Pedro was very patient and informative recommending different models. Ultimately, I went with a Gazelle Arroyo C7 that was recommended by the owner, Balan. He is very knowledgeable and understood how I want to use the bike. His advise was excellent. I am super happy with the ebike. All in all, this is a very nice neighborhood shop where you receive great service and technical support. Sebastian the mechanic also has helped a lot to customize my ebike the way I want it.
