I hadn’t ridden my bike in over six months and decided to take it out for a ride, only to realize my tires wouldn’t pump. After walking my bike to East Sac Bike Shop, the mechanic went above and beyond to help me. They quickly diagnosed the issue, recommended new tubes with eventual new tires. Then they were able to offer within the hour labor and provided exceptional service. My bike now feels brand new thanks to their expertise and attention to detail. Fast, reliable, and truly outstanding customer service. I highly recommend this shop!

Just bought brand new TREK hybrid from this shop. I could have went to any other shop in Sacramento but I chose these guys because I love their service. They truly wanted the best bike for me, one that I would love, and want to ride . I went with the verve 2 and yes, I love it. I also bought two helmets and some other accessories thanks to Leo for all his help and advice. I highly recommend the neighborhood bike shop.

Went here to get a tune up, it was super pricey at $150. Then, on my second ride with the bike, my pedal fell off. Completely fell off while I was mountain biking and caused me to fall. I wouldn't trust their tune ups as their obviously not checking all nuts and bolts.

Great neighborhood bike shop - have taken multiple bikes here for repairs/tune ups and the bikes always leave working great. Also always leave with a little more knowledge about my bikes and how to make them run well, which is very kind for a busy shop.

Great selection of bike I got a matte black blocks flyer amd I'm super happy with how good it held up.very nice employees.
