I was very happy with Obscure Rides customer service. I was riding my e-bike to work and caught a flat tire. I contacted Obscure rides and within 45 minutes they picked up my e-bike from my job and had my repairs done by the time I got off work. I am so grateful to this company and their outstanding customer service. The people that are work there are so friendly and courteous and care about helping people. Thank you so much i definitely recommend this shop to anyone needing repairs or wanting to purchasing a ebike

We had a great experience buying our new Riese and Muller Load4 75 front-loader cargo bike (aka car replacement) from Obscure Rides. Top notch communication and a friendly atmosphere from Matt, Tim, and the rest of the crew.. not to mention all the cool imported cars, scooters, and bikes. We were able to test drive multiple top-notch European e-bikes while there (R&M, Benno, Stromer, etc ) in what I would consider an ideal/safe riding course before making our purchase decision. Did I mention that they even delivered to our house? Our bike is a piece of art and results in conversation/inquiry everywhere we go. We will not hesitate to share our positive regards towards Obscure Rides when others are looking to buy an e-bike that will actually last.

I’m so glad I found Matt and his team at Obscure Rides. If you’re thinking about an e-bike or need a tuneup, I would go here first. My interactions here have all been honest, enjoyable and straightforward. They rescued me by picking me and my bike up when I was really in a bind with a flat tire. (Bonus Pro Bonehead Tip) - Don’t use your usb rechargeable air pump to charge your laptop while you are miles from home…

I’ve been thinking about buying an e-bike for a long time now and after I met Jessica and she mentioned her model and I saw how much fun it looked like I decided to pull the trigger. I am so happy that I listened to her recommendation and I couldn’t be happierI got the beach cruiser model. 5 speeds , this thing flies! 40 mile range on the battery is great. Matt in the shop was great and threw in a free basket! Highly recommend Jessica and this place!
