Wonderful experience at Omer & Bob's! The staffs were super nice and extremely helpful consulting me with the right string for my styles. I dropped off 2 rackets and was able to pick them up the following day! Pricing is very reasonable. Couldn't for better service! Highly recommend Omer & Bob's for any future racket sports in Upper Valley!

Shout out to Breck and staff at Omer and Bob's! If you're in the Norwich, VT, or Lebanon, NH, area, this is a must-see bike shop. It offers a great selection of biking and other outdoor sports, affordable prices, and knowledgeable people.

Super rude staff! Refused to fit Nordic boots for me. I rented both Nordic and alpine ski sets for my two kids here (that’s4 sets) and they still refuse to let me try a few different models, as I’m new to Nordic ski and needed a fit. They refused me because I wasn’t sure if I’m purchasing or leasing, they only help you if and only if you purchase from them. Will not come again next season. In reply, I also mentioned that this was my first time to Nordic ski and I had no idea what to get. The website I showed was a recommendation by Ford Sayre school to give me an idea for starter. They may or may not fit me well. If Omer found something that fit me better I may purchase from Omer. Unfortunately Omer refused to help me in a very rude way. I then turned to Golf & Ski who helped me made a purchase.

I could write a novel's worth of good experiences I've had at O&B, but want to highlight mechanic Ken's excellent work on my skis recently. They had several large gashes from skiing over rocks and he returned them to pristine condition. Really appreciate the hard work, attention to detail, and service quality of Ken and the shop staff.

Omer and Bob’s is one of a kind amazing! We had a badly bent rim on a Niner e-bike and went to them during our travels on a NE road-trip. Time was of the essence. They found a rim off another stock bike to get ours fixed and us back on the trail the same morning!!!! We went back and bought a great phone holder. Friendly and professional!!!
