I went to Drummond looking to get a road bike and had an excellent experience. The shop was very responsive to all my inquiries via email and phone calls and made sure the frame was built up based on the features and components I was looking for. After arriving I got to work with the owner Dick who took my measurements and watched me ride to see how the bike needed to be adjusted to fit me best. If you want expertise to be fitted for the perfect bike I recommend going to Drummond.

We came to Drummond’s to buy a road bike for my (grown) son, who is an experienced rider but has never had a custom fitted high-end bike. The owner, Dick, worked with him both to find the perfect bike, to build it up with the right components. Dick spent a lot of time watching him ride, and then further adjusting the components to ensure that the bike fit was perfect. Now, a month later, my son is still just thrilled with the way the bike feels. If you want the best service from people who really know and care about bikes there is no better place.

I just bought an OPEN U.P. from Drummond Cycles. I had three shops to choose from and went with Drummond. Great fit, great service, and a good price. Couldn’t be happier.

I was trying to restore a 25-year-old steel Stumpjumper, and needed to replace the front suspension. Most bike shops I contacted had no idea where to start. Drummond found a new suspension that fit the bike, and that actually rode well with the older geometry. They also swapped out the brake for a newer model from the same brand. And they did this for a very reasonable price. The bike now rides better than it did when it was brand new, and it's great fun on the local flow trail. I was very happy with their professional work, their reasonable prices, and their ability to get the most out of a particular bike. If I ever need someone to custom-fit a bike, they'll be my first choice.
