Matt and team are great. Super personable I went in for a cheap part and got treated like I was buying a crazy high end bike! Highly Recommend! Found out Matt worked with Bob (Bicycles Unlimited) who is a bike legend where I got a Gary Fisher as my first mountain bike in the 90's.

Congratulations to Outer Limits on becoming a Marin Bikes dealer! These are some of the world's best and most beautiful bikes, and they are hard to find in New England! Thanks to Matt for patiently showing me some of his awesome Marin inventory, explaining a lot of aspects of the bike to me, and talking to me about the local mountain biking and gravel scene! I can't wait to go back! Marin makes so many awesome bikes across a range of styles that it's really hard to choose. But just for example, both the Gestalt and DSX are awesome in their niche, and the Headlands is extraordinary. With these bikes, you really want to choose from a LBS where the owner knows his stuff and will take the time to help you make the best choice. The Pioneer Valley cycling community is lucky to now have Marin at Outer Limits!

I have an aventon electric bike to And I brought it to Matt with a little hesitation after not having very good experience with bike shops and the attitude. Some of them give off I bought my bike online. I assembled it wrong cuz I know nothing on bikes. I admit it homie. Got it all fixed up. Super fast. Kept it all straightforward. No e bike hating no dwelling on the fact I did a horrible job assembling my bike. Just super smooth. Polite business will always go back to him for any bike needs. He's awesome. His store is awesome! Everybody needs to give him a check
