Really appreciated the attention, expertise and patience with my new bike purchase process! Dave, David and Don were the folks I interacted with, and all were terrific. I love my new bike and the support I've received. Highly recommend them.

No words to describe Dave and rest of the crew , this shop is A++. I wanted to ship my road bike to my daughter in Bloomington,IN and Dave and crew made it so easy and at a reasonable price they boxed it and shipped it.. I had to take a minute to ensure I was not dreaming. If you need bike wherever you live in the Seattle area, make drive even if it a bit long, why would you go anywhere else..

I visited a lot of different bike shops looking for new bikes for my wife and myself. Dave at Center Cycle was great. He had lots to share about the differences between different bikes. Ultimately, we decided to get a bike elsewhere that center cycle just didn't carry, but I was honestly disappointed not to make the purchase here after all the help Dave gave us. I will definitely come back when it's time to buy the next bike.

Walked in with Carhartts and my work boots and Charles treated me like I was an everyday bicycle rider. Let me ride/ test a few bikes out around the store until I found what I wanted. Him and the other guy (didn’t catch his name) were super helpful and very nice. Will be stopping back by this weekend as there are a few accessories I want to get for my new Specialized Roll 3.0. Thanks guys!!

Started working with this shop several years ago and I have nothing but good things to say. Here you will find friendly, professional, and knowledgeable staff. They are usually able to provide service same day or within the week, which is always appreciated. They spend time with each of their customers, that is important to remember, if you come In with an immediate need, don’t get impatient, as you will also receive a high level of service. Though there is a closer bike shop, I chose to drive the extra bit to support this business.
