They had the perfect bike rack that I was looking for. Josh was extremely helpful and had it assembled and ready for pick up the next day. He came out to the parking lot and helped me get it hooked up and showed me how all of the features worked. With purchases like these, it is a godsend that there are still brick and mortar shops, instead of ordering things online and hoping for the best. And they also love sharing all of their knowledge about local trails and great places to bike for any skill level. I just recently moved to Augusta and I am so thankful they are here!!!

I bought my first Trek here. I stopped in a couple times before purchasing to ask questions and shop around while trying to decide what bike I wanted. The staff here was always very friendly and helpful. The day my bike came in I called to let them know I would be there right before they closed and if that was ok. The person I spoke to said it was not a problem and they even stayed a little later to install my kickstand. I highly recommend Outspokin for your bike needs.

I went to OutSpokin’ to get my granddaughter’s first bike. That should tell you how much I think about this shop. They were great and had exactly what I needed.

Took my son to get his first bike and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. He was fitted, got to test ride the bike, and had such a great experience. So thankful to have this shop in town!

I had a great experience the moment I walked in. Brett was able to identify what I needed in a bike and match me up with a perfect one. It was a great price and they were able to get it built same day and encouraged me to come back after about 20 rides for a tuneup to ensure everything is working properly. I would definitely recommend checking these guys out
